Steve has acted as an arbitrator for NASD/FINRA for over ten years and has been selected to conduct numerous arbitrations (often as chair of the panel) and has conducted to award over ten arbitrations of investor and employment claims. He also was selected both on the FINRA panel and independently as mediator and conducted a number of FINRA mediations in the last four years.
